Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item once it arrives.

We accept no liability for damaged, lost or misplaced packages once picked up by the carrier.
We only deliver to residential addresses. If an order is placed for delivery to a business or corporate address, or a change of address is arranged with the carrier, we are not liable for that order if it is lost or misplaced.
